The 2024 Leadership team has been working hard for multiple months on all the tasks that go into your experience at the regatta. The regatta racing dates for 2024 are October 18-20. We will also have shifts in a few days leading up to the regatta and the Monday after. Direct invitations for Station Lead Umpires and some people in Umpire Central and Appeals for all their shifts will begin in the next few weeks. Invitations to targeted umpires will follow, with more general recruitment in the early summer.

The HOCR volunteer registration portal should open for returning volunteers in late August and new volunteers in early September. Once we have filled our assignment blocks, all remaining registrations go on a waiting list.

We hope to see many of you returning in 2024 for another year of exciting racing and fun umpiring.
